Bridget Spruill, Founder & CEO of Spruill Cannabis Collective

Bridget Spruill

Bridget Spruill birthed Spruill Cannabis Collective (SCC) as a full-service cannabis business consulting firm. Assisting clients with all aspects of the state licensing and compliance process, to include training, deployment and development of operations, SCC has built a trustworthy and respectable reputation in the region by successfully navigating clients through all of the nuances of the regulated cannabis industry. As the former President of Wright Wellness Group (formerly The Sentel Group), Ms. Spruill led the company’s efforts in applying for state licenses in the areas of cultivation, processing and dispensing of medical cannabis in Maryland and Pennsylvania. Upon award of licenses, she had direct oversight of the entire deployment process, to include daily operations of site construction, zoning, compliance audits, development of SOPs, staff acquisition and training, and was directly responsible for all aspects of state inspections and regulatory reporting. Under Ms. Spruill’s guidance, the health and wellness company saw a revenue growth of 190% in the first six months of dispensary operation, realizing an average monthly growth rate of 25% each month following for the first year of operation, until she departed the firm in 2019 to establish SCC.
